2. Herbal Product Safety

Our herbal recipes, pouches, teas, oils, balms, and other plant-based products are inspired by traditional Irish folk practices. They are prepared and presented for ritual and educational use.

Our downloadable spell PDFs, Book of Days, courses with companion workbooks, and ritual guides are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

All materials are protected by copyright law and aligned with fair use principles for spiritual education.

Access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and by downloading or viewing, you waive any right to cancellation under UK/EU law.

7. Liability Statement

Use of all products, spells, guides, and services from The Ancient Irish Craft™ is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ancient Irish Craft™ — including its creator, affiliates, or partners — accepts no liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our offerings.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Reactions to herbs or oils.
Spiritual outcomes or expectations.
Use of advice from guides, rituals, or courses.
Delays or failures in services beyond our control.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, as required by UK and EU law.

8. Third-Party Fulfilment & Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our physical items — such as mugs, notebooks, clothing, ritual tools, or homewares — are produced, packaged, and shipped by trusted third-party suppliers, including print-on-demand services and artisan partners.

Please note:

All print-on-demand products are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned due to size, preference, or change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

While all designs, spiritual content, and branding are created exclusively by The Ancient Irish Craft™, the manufacturing, printing, preparation, and delivery of certain items are managed externally.

Please be aware:

We do not control the fulfilment timeline once your order is placed.
We are not responsible for third-party production errors, shipping delays, customs issues, or damage during transit.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, and we will support resolution with the supplier. Refunds or replacements are only available where permitted under our fulfilment partner’s policies (e.g. Printful).

While we will always advocate for fair outcomes, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for items fulfilled by external providers unless they are covered by the supplier’s own policy.

We make every effort to present our work with integrity, safety, and care. Our herbal items are handled in clean conditions; our guides are based on ancestral practices; and our spells are crafted with reverence. However, it is your responsibility to use everything we offer with awareness, maturity, and discretion.
