4. Ordering and Contract Formation
4.1 Orders are placed through our Wix store. Your contract begins when we send an order confirmation email.
4.2 All product descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed prior to purchase.
5. Subscription Terms
5.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled via your account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All subscription data (billing, access, preferences) is handled securely through Wix. We do not share subscription or user data with any external analytics, marketing, or tracking services. Only Wix’s built-in analytics may record anonymised, first-party information for internal performance reporting.
5.2 Your subscription gives you access only to the content included in your chosen plan. This may include current Craft Journal entries, Turning Wheel courses with their workbooks, downloadable PDFs, and exclusive spells (depending on your tier). All other courses are stand-alone products and must be purchased separately.
5.3 Once access is granted, no refunds are available for any subscription period.
5.4 You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but your current subscription period will remain active until the end of the paid term.
6. Digital Product Terms
6.1 Digital Products are available for instant download after purchase.
6.2 Due to the nature of digital content, the 14‑day cancellation right is waived once download begins, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6.3 All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share these materials.
6.4 We retain full intellectual property rights over digital products.
6.5 Using digital products implies acceptance that results are not guaranteed, and content is for spiritual/educational purposes only.
6.6 Stand-alone courses are provided in written digital format for personal, educational, and spiritual exploration purposes only. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use. No certification, qualification, professional status, or guaranteed outcome is provided upon completion.
7. Physical Product Terms
7.1 Physical Products are shipped via third-party fulfilment partners (e.g. BookVault, Printful). We do not control production or delivery times, and estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, if a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law and our fulfilment partner’s policy.
7.3 If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery, providing supporting details (such as photographs). Where approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our fulfilment partner’s policy.
7.4 Many items are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to size, preference, or change of mind. Returns are only accepted where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
7.5 Non print-on-demand physical goods (where applicable) may be cancelled and returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
8. Payments
8.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or subscription start.
8.2 We accept payment through Wix-supported gateways (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments).
8.3 No deductions, set‑offs, or withholding are permitted once payment is due .

9.1 Subscriptions: Subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted, as digital content is immediately available. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
9.2 Digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files (e.g., spells, PDFs, ritual guides, course companion workbooks) and view-only course materials (e.g., PDF course guides), are non-refundable once download or access has begun, in line with UK/EU consumer law. If a file or access link is defective or corrupted, a replacement will be provided.
9.3 Physical Goods: Non print-on-demand goods may be cancelled and returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
9.4 Print-on-Demand Goods: Many physical items are made-to-order via fulfilment partners (e.g. BookVault, Printful). These items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned due to size, preference, or change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with supporting details.
