Refund Policy

1. Printed Books

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a printed book within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The book must then be returned within a further 14 days, unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with supporting photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Digital Products (PDFs & Stand-Alone Courses)

Due to the immediate delivery and non-returnable nature of digital content, all digital products — including downloadable PDFs and stand-alone courses — are non-refundable once access or download has begun.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is waived once delivery begins, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If a digital file is defective (e.g., corrupt or inaccessible), please contact us for a replacement.

All digital materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription Services

Subscriptions renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle.

You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted for any part of the billing cycle.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Delivery Issues

If a printed book is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with resolution through our fulfilment partner.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

• Receiving returned goods, or
• Confirmation of a defective product claim.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
